Design Assist as technical design support. With our expertise as a façade planner and architect, we provide technical input to make the design of a project optimally feasible. DESIGN STUDIES AND VISUALIZATION

 

With visualized design studies, different concepts can be quickly visualized that are otherwise only created in complex sample construction. Connections, differences, advantages and disadvantages as well as materials and surfaces can be illustrated. The modeled design studies are just as well suited for communication in quotations as in the ongoing construction or assembly process. The scope of a study can be specifically tailored to the purpose. Photorealistic representations are just as possible as artistic abstractions, constructive representations or the representation of assembly processes.

DETAILED PLANNING

 

Although the term guiding detail is familiar to almost every planner, architect and contractor, there is no uniform definition. Basically, the term “guidance detail” refers to drawings that illustrate the desired type of execution in 2D in very special detail points and serve as a basis for subsequent production and assembly planning. Our aim is holistic, structured planning. Even if the guiding details are executed as a 2D CAD, from the start you correspond with a simplified 3D planning, which becomes more and more detailed as the project progresses. This makes BIM coordination and 3D production and assembly planning much easier.

CAAD – COMPUTER AIDED ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

 

Design follows parameters and clear rules in its detail. With ourworking methods, we understand consistent planning in aparametric 3D planning. During planning, the drawncomponents are divided into trades and logically linked to eachother. This means that the static data can be linked to thebuilding physics values as well as to the design variants, production parameters, individual parts and assemblydrawings. A parameterized model is evaluated by indicators, key figures are calculated and plan data are output. Thisrepresents an extreme simplification in project communicationbetween the individual disciplines. Great efficiency, which isreflected in shorter planning, production and assembly times.

AAD – ALGORITHM AIDED DESIGN

 

Complex projects in scope, execution or degree of individualization can be partially or fully automated by project-specific scripts. The development process is simulated and design variants can be calculated. By describing parameters and relationships, for example, dimensional or design changes can be made very easily for all similar components without having to change all components individually. This represents an extreme simplification in the planning process. High efficiency, which is reflected in shorter planning, production and assembly times. It can replace years of planning work and makes even complex and individual design ideas economically feasible in a timely manner.

BIM – BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING

 

For more than 10 years we have gained experience in a wide range of construction projects around the world. Despite the standards, the range of requirements and implementations vary widely and still demand project-dependent solutions. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the holistic process for creating and managing information for a building object. Based on an intelligent model, BIM integrates structured, multidisciplinary data to create a digital representation of an object throughout its entire lifecycle – from planning to design to construction and operation. The benefits of BIM are to connect teams, workflows and data throughout the project lifecycle to achieve better work practices and results. BIM is increasingly becoming the European and international standard in the coordinated planning of construction projects. BIM is an integral part of our working method with consistent 3D modeling and parameterization. However, BIM planning can also take place at any time detached from parameterized detailed planning or production and assembly planning.
