The permit planning, also called input planning or submission planning, is a part of the construction planning for the realisation of buildings. It covers all services for compiling a building application on the basis of an existing design with the aim of issuing a building permit. The approved design shall be the basis for the implementation planning.

As part of the implementation planning, the previous design or permit planning is completed to the extent that the construction project can be realized.
